Art Inspired Beat

In conversation with sound designer Walter Trarbach, we discussed an assignment he had to complete in college that revolved around drawing inspiration from well-known artworks. I was so fascinated with the idea that I decided to do the same. The painting I was drawn to was Van Gogh’s Café Terrace at Night, leading me to create a cozy jazz song that would realistically fit within the moonlit cafe setting.
